I have had this problem before. Im hacking a old 3ds xl and I cant install and delete all files. Where can I get the right files? Nothing working for me

I cant install and delete all cias. I tried switching the files and that still didnt work.
Sorry to say this, but we have a hard understanding what you're trying to explain to us.
- Are you trying to delete the games and titles you've already installed on the 3DS?
- Did you install these games/titles when they were .cia format? Did you use the CIA installer application called FBI?
- Are the games/titles you're trying to reinstall homebrew ones or official/Nintendo releases?
- Does SD card has enough space to add more games?
