This one is finally working. The performance is a lot better now. The intro of Vampires Dawn II is now running at about 40fps. There also was lag when moving the cursor in the menus, which is now gone.I fixed the line reported in the crash dump and another bug I saw. Any progress?

there is EasyRPG for PSvita? if that answers your question? So if I have no PC, and my Mac can't run something like parallels or wine, it's a very old iMac that I'm lucky can FTP my files without issues. Is there ANY way with just a vita and a twitchy Mac to get the RTP files to work? Or can someone create a packaging of files for me? I'm unclear on this still, and I have 12 games I'm itching to try but can only play 3 minutes of each without major issues occurring.
Rinnegatamante doesn't come to GBATemp anymore. Anyway, I don't think he will, is there an open-source RMXP interpreter?@Rinnegatamante, do you plan to port RMXP too ?
Yes I think. MKXP is an open source port for linux.Rinnegatamante doesn't come to GBATemp anymore. Anyway, I don't think he will, is there an open-source RMXP interpreter?
I've just tried this with Awakening game and it does not work?
Any ideas of what does work on this?
Not sure, I haven't had a build of the standalone EasyRPG vpk to successfully launch a game on my PSTV past the "start game" option on the title screen in months. Weirdly enough there is a standalone Yume Nikki VPK that someone posted on reddit which runs perfectly fine, but I just can't get any of the games I try to pack with this tutorial (https://rinnegatamante.it/board/showthread.php?tid=124) to run either. Maybe it's some TaiHENkaku issue, but I can't tell.
I've recently found this porting and wanted to give it a try.
It works quite well with the only game I own that uses EasyRPG, Ara Fell, but I've noticed an important issue: the items count seems not to be affected when using items. I can give apples infinitely to the characters, I still have 4 apples in my bag.
I did test again on PC to be sure it was not a game's bug, and indeed on PC it works fine. Unfortunately the only way it is fixable is to use items on the PC, then transfer the savefiles on PSVita again, which is not ideal at all.
Also the vpk asks for exended permissions, I'm not sure it's needed, shouldn't it work without them?
