Agreed. As miffed as I was when I realised just how big an upgrade a 4th Gen was over my 3rd Gen iPod I'm just glad I didn't get an 8GB model. I got my iPod 6 month before Apple announced their new models (which was about October/November if I remember right) so it was still worth it.iFish said:Don't wait.... there's still 6 months 'til the next irritation of the device. And Apple doesn't stop support after one update. So, yes. Get it.
I got mine 3 weeks ago and it was the best upgrade ever.
Haha iFish. Good one.iFish said:Don't wait.... there's still 6 months 'til the next irritation of the device.

You are an idiot sometime iFish.iFish said:Joe88 said:wait for the 5g with A5 chip, and probably better screen, maybe flash, better camera, and better battery life
Haha, Flash.
Apple will never allow flash on the device.

The iPhone4 has flash. An LED one. It was a blow for getting it on the platform
ibis_87 said:My advice is, get it. If you're not an Apple geek, there's no real need to upgrade every year, despite Apple trying to tempt you. Seriously, all major features, programms and games run on 3G iPod Touches/ iPhones 3GS just all right now. So you can buy a 4G iTouch now and upgrade to iTouch 6G in 2013. Seriusly, technology dosn't progress quickly enough to make something revolutionary every single year.
