Maybe they changed it so that you don't need to have the gba connectivity for Mawaru MIW to unlock some of the bonus content.

I doubt it was only just released. it probably came out within a year or two of the original - once a game is already dumped, people don't generally bother dumping it again, so revisions like this often go unnoticed for ages.

1. WarioWare DIY doesn't have "Wario" in it's Japanese title. It's known as "Made in Ore" (Made in Me) there.
2. Just because it was dumped recently, doesn't mean that it was released recently. And they do these re-releases to fix minor bugs.
