WHY ME!?!

My internet speed got downgraded today. From 2 mbps to a measly 256 kB/s T_T Oh how I yearn faster downloads :\ This won't do good for my rom collection.

I have no idea, although I think this was meant to be a 256k and they somehow gave me 2 mbps.

but I don't think it's such a random glitch...............I mean you should see my DL speed.............I could download a PSP game in about 15 minutes tops

i would just click on what i want and it would appear on my desktop extracted and ready

I had a crappy connection with XP once and it said "Connected: 100mb/s". But no doubt your connection is awesome.

Wow, you guys complain about measly 256kbit connections and crap.
I'm stuck on a very unstable 1mbps wireless connection with very bad pings and latency.
And IT'S SHARED.
Hell, I think 33.6kbps dialup is faster than this when pages only load after about 5 refreshes.

Edit: It's l33ched off an unencrypted Wi-Fi network. My router had to be brought in and its transmit power boosted to 240%. That'll kill my router soon. But no choice

I worship my old 8mbps connection
