Hacking uhm help

So I tried to install the latest CIos on my gf's wii. her system is currently at firmware 3.3E.

When i install the Cios it all goes smoothly until the end where it says failed.

it says

"Installing the title 1-249 v5...

1.../:

ES_Addcontentstart(000000010000000f9, 0) FAILED: -1017

Installed returned -1
Installation complete
Error Installing CIos: -1"
