Hi so for context I own a japanese Wii U that were region changed to Europe on Wii U side. I changed the vWii region in 2023 with vWii decaffeinator. Everything works there is no issue but just some interrogations.
Generally speaking I would like that my vWii is 100% like it's an European vWii from factory.
I wanted to remove hardly a weird deleted channel (CEMU as title ID?) that I couldn't do normally, with anytitle deleter, and a warning message appears saying that my region and my sysconf doesn't match. Is it normal and will happen in any case on Wii U since it's an old software primarily made for Wii ?
With the recent update of vWii Compat installer I tried to see if I could see some settings that former vWii decaffeinator could have missed. I didn't find my sysconf file but only my settings.txt that feel normal. But just one question, the presets for European vWii is to set PAL video. If I choose regenerate txt from Wii U (which is European) mine is NTSC. Should I set it to Pal ? I saw it goes to 576p sometimes but it often almost constantly switching from 480p to 576p between homebrews.
What would it be on a retail European Wii U ?
And in individual field, code, mine is OJM but says that Europe is IEL, but at same time keep OJM on region changing presets to PAL.
