Interesting. I generated the cache on Windows, and it still has to generate in game, but it seemed to be much faster than before. Maybe I need to fire up the Linux machine and see if there's a noticeable difference.

I cannot guarantee cache functioning from linux. So please just OC your CPU and generate it once and it will be easier.
it could be added the option for pre compile the cache before playing like the pc version ?
