Hacking Emulation Homebrew Generic android wrapper for apks to run on the Switch possible?

No I don't think it's feasible.
One because java classes.dex are different on every game.
Two because different different games need different patches in places to even function i.e. filesystem differences, time hooks
Three 90% of modern mobile games are Unity and they need a whole bunch of patches to function.
Four stuff like video decoding and audio decoding have to be rerouted per game.
There's just way too much for a universal wrapper.

Those are even harder because they would use a whole bunch of Android system libraries and I'm sure the java side for them would be even more complicated.

The examples you gave sound like webview-heavy or Java-heavy applications that get updated all the time. Webview is a problem because the internal WebKit browser is heavily outdated and cut down, so it is unlikely to be usable for these at all. And in case of Java/Kotlin-heavy applications, they would basically have to be re-implemented from scratch as I'm not aware of any Java runner on Switch.

Just install Android and dual-boot it with HOS if you really want to use those applications.

Not even counting that adding general support would bloat memory to impossible levels, and if you would want to go with modular approach there is a limit how much modules one process can have loaded into memory on HOS.
