Wait, did you figure out the save file checksum? If so, could you please share the method? Quite a few people are racking their brains trying to figure it out, myself included.
Updated this post with another code. I will be making this one for the other games as well, even though SF1 doesn't really have much use for it.
I've developed a script that can modify the Save Data UID for creating "Self-Brothers." Would anyone here be interested in me sharing it, or is there already an established tool for this?
I didn’t know something like this existed.
What I made was a project that uses linkalho and two swtich units to re-sign save data.
Thanks for letting me know.
I’ve managed to bypass the checksum.
I’ll take a look at it now.

Oooh, MurmurHash3? Well, no wonder we couldn't figure it out! It's a non-cryptographic hashing method (in other words, unsecure), which we honestly were not expecting.

Added Free Card Traders codes for SF1 and SF2. I'm on a roll. lol
If you're truly asking for a .sav file, then you're probably wanting a DS save file; this is for Nintendo Switch. If you want a save file for the Switch version, however, it's not that easy. Every save file has a UID (user ID) that is randomly generated (the same one) for every game in the collection, and if one game's save file has a different UID, it will be detected as corrupted. You will need knowledge of hex editing files in order to fix the UID for whichever save file you acquire. So you can't just ask anyone to 'give you a save file' unless we know your other save files' UID or you know how to fix it yourself. The info needed to fix it yourself is available in this thread, if you're willing to do the research necessary.

All codes that most people would desire have been made for SF2. If you want a basic type of code (not complex, in other words) for Star Force 2 that isn't in this list, please let me know, and I will try to make it. As long as there's something on-screen to search for to know what to search for, it can be done. I will go back to SF1 after I complete my Star Cards collection in SF2 and make some of the same codes for that game, then I will start SF3 and try to make codes for that as I go. Once all cheats are made, I will make my own thread and post the cheats to cheatslips as well. If I find out my cheats have been posted there once I get done, I will stop at nothing to get the offending account banned, and I will also provide proof of misconduct to any other parties necessary as well.. Fair warning to those who do this kind of thing. Even with crediting me, in this case it is stealing because I already posted my first 2 cheats for the game to cheatslips under my name, so anyone who is NOT being malicious and has any common sense at all would see them and think that they shouldn't post future cheats by me there, since it should be obvious that I intend to post them myself eventually.
Trying to one-up intellectual property is still stealing; to be exact, it's copyright infringement. All of my code lists have my name on them. Due to copyright law, that would make them my intellectual property, which would have protections under the DMCA. I could very well put up a DMCA takedown request for posting my codes, but I don't want to risk the site being brought offline and negatively affecting (the very few) innocent people who have legitimately posted their own cheats, so I won't do that. But I could. Please don't give me incentive. If you have posted my codes there and are reading this, you have 2 weeks from the second this message was posted to remove them. I should be ready to post what I have by then.
) and in this thread ( https://gbatemp.net/threads/mega-ma...00-bid-99f7e836e6ff665e.680690/#post-10848793 ). Enjoy. The next update will be the second to last free update to these codes. I'm going to have to start charging commissions after that, especially for large numbers of codes. This game is decently complex, but more time-consuming than hard to create cheats for, as I need to use Ghidra to make many cheat codes.
Also, if you guys like my cheats and want to donate a little something, my PayPal is in my signature. I will either be using the money for household needs such as food once needed, and Hoyoverse game and Arknights Endfield Battle Passes if nothing is needed at the time. I will also save $2 of every donation to pay back people who have helped me financially in the past (there's a TON).

Edit 04/26/2026 @ 12:29AM EST: Updated with more codes
Edit 04/26/2026 @ 8:00PM EST: Added another code.
Edit: 04/28/2026 @ 6:19AM EST: Added another code. A good one.
Edit 04/29/2026 @ 6:01PM EST: Added Free Card Traders codes for the first 2 games. Enjoy.
Edit 04/30/2026 @ 3:12AM EST: Removed SF2 Free Card Traders because it sometimes triggered anti-cheat code and removed all your battlecards.
Edit 04/30/2026 @ 9:27PM EST: Added 'OHKO (Bosses Only) (SF2)' code for Star Force 2. The same code is in the works for SF1 as well.
Edit 05/04/2026 @ 10:10PM EST: Added another code for SF2.
Edit 05/12/2026 @ 6:31AM EST: Added 'Custom Gauge Always Full for SF2. Enjoy.
Edit 05/16/2026 @ 12:18AM EST: Updated Walk Through Walls code to both work for SF3, and changed the button to B. Also shortened the Card After Battle Modifier cheat by one line.
Edit 05/21/2026 @ 12:52AM EST: Added Star Force 3 section and 2 codes for it: Custom Gauge Always Full and Card After Battle Modifier. Enjoy.
Also a note: I have recently become aware that 2 codes for Star Force 2 that use pointer chains use an unreliable pointer, and these codes will be made into assembly (ASM) codes in the near future.
Edit 05/23/2026 @ 5:29PM EST: Added Link Power 20000 and Free Card Traders for Star Force 3. Next step is fixing the previous broken codes for Star Force 2 and creating some cheats for Star Force 1 (although they're not needed much here). Finally, I will fulfill the recent cheat request once I have progressed sufficiently in Star Force 3.

That's amazing news! Thank you so much for looking into this and finding the pointer chain. I really appreciate your hard work and can't wait for the update!
Added an instant enemy delete code for all three games: SF1, SF2, SF3. The Master Restore/Off Enable code has been updated (last line of code added). For random Boss encounters, shoot your mega buster at them, and it'll kill them quickly.

Tested it out on SF 3 Black Ace, and it just gives a health glitch for me. As I press B, the health shoots up to like 8000+, then corrects itself by decreasing back to it's actual normal health. It also affects Megaman's health at the same time.
I made sure that all other cheats weren't enabled and it still wouldn't work. Any chance for a fix?
Not yet. I can update most cheats quite easily, though. Other things have gotten in the way up until now, so although I have technically finished making the rest of the cheats, I haven't put them down or submitted them yet.

Thanks for getting back to me. Good to hear that most cheats can be updated easily. I completely understand that life gets in the way – no pressure at all. I'll be keeping an eye out. Really appreciate your hard work!
