Homebrew Homebrew game Ultimate Switch Port Thread

Have any of the recent Android ports included a game that uses Godot engine? Wondering if it's any trickier than usual like Unity was or if it's already been done easily?
The framework exists, so we know it's possible. The issue right now I think is finding a finished product to gut and start a proper scaffolding for the work. Probably one of these.

Oh I meant porting Android Godot games the usual way that Android games are being ported, but this could be good too!

First one.
Also I checked Slay the Spire 2 can't be ported because code is compiled at runtime only GDScript games can be ported it seems.
Good find, thanks! Hope it leads to more

Actually I may as well make an official request at this point for pico-8, to wrap the android wrapper and run the official binary https://github.com/Macs75/pico8-android
Are there issues with FAKE-08? Sorry, I'm not familiar with the Pico-8 scene, but it has a build for switch, and even if it didn't, it's written in C++ which would make it a better candidate for porting.

No issues with it as such, afaik compatibility is pretty good - tho maybe not up to date with latest versions. What the official pico-8 offers is the Splore feature, for browsing carts online, as well as the full development tools if you're feeling adventurous (might be more fun with usb keyboard & mouse than onscreen kb etc)

Understood. I'll leave this to Nagaa or Chansey seeing as how they're on fire and my one attempt at this went...rather poorly.

I have my list pretty much up to date now, with correct versioning and release dates, Github and GBATemp links, working on the final column to indicate if the directions for the project are valid (some of them haven't been updated in 8+ years). If you want to link to it or let me know anything I missed: https://github.com/robzilla10001/SwitchPorts

Yeah I think in the long term it's better to rely on a GitJub. I'm happy to link to it and contribute to it as well.
