I did that change in a pull request to Naga's Github repo (I added the overwrite save fix + be able to build the .nro file with Github Actions too) because I couldn't get used to the Xbox layout and it felt a little awkward to me.
Btw: I'm reporting any issues I encounter directly on GitHub.

I've played this port for a while now (unlocked the second city) and i've noticed if you play the game for too long some textures go black and it can crash randomly, and it chugs HARD when switching between cities. really annoying

you can just rename the .apk to .zip if apk isn’t obfuscated heavy which most aren’t for games in terms of assets files
