Any Digimon can become any other through Digivolution and De-Digivolution. 100% Scan Rate is enough—there's no need to go for 200%, since the only difference is 10 Talent, and you can boost Talent straight to 100 with the item “Talent Awakening Booster” from your bag.

I second this: if use the the qty 100 cheat you can make a 100% scan rate digimon much stronger than a 200% one. Just be careful to not make a digimon too powerful with this.

Check with someone who run it without CFW or raise it up with customer support.
