And he is right, not only are the Switch 2 sales worse rhat Nintendo expected but the average Switch 2 owner... has at most two Switch 2 games and that's counting people who bought the console at release.

ah yes, the second fastest selling console in the US in one year behind the Game Boy Advance, and still fastest selling console overall is failing and selling less than the predecesor even when they arn't pulling a Sony and actually both showing the proof (showing actual Sell-Through in the investment report and not using Sell-in alone) and people who actually do sales anyalitics doing thier job painting the picture that lines up with said anylitics, the "I only said it will sell less, not completely fail!" just a way to move goalpoasts on his end in an attempt to keep the gravy train rolling and you should feel shame for giving him more watch time

Fast selling doesn't matter long term but total sales do. The Tamagochis were fast selling for two years outside of Japan anz then no one outside Japan cared anymore and theb the things were on sale outside Japan.

Nintendo literally had to reduce the number of Switch 2s beings made due to low sales and games sales are abysmal. Even Xbox players buy more games that Switch 2 owners and that's with Xbox having Gamepass.
