What does this triangle symbol mean next to the name of my Main PMIC? Does it mean something is wrong with my V1 switch?

I could find these 2 reasons:
  • Mismatched PMIC: The console may have had a PMIC replaced with a different revision (e.g., Erista chip on a Mariko board) during a repair.
  • Outdated Hekate/Nyx: If your Hekate version is older, it might not recognize newer official PMIC revisions.
Yours is v13 but I could only find screenshots with v11.
So maybe the warning in your case is due to the second issue.
Well, it's not really an issue to worry about if all other power stats look fine.

Weird since I updated Hekate yesterday, I always assumed it wad hardware related since I've been having battery issues lately. Thank you.

The warning logo was added on the 18th of May this year, and is displayed when the PMIC revision isn't v11.

I don't know why hekate's flaging the newer PMICs; might be worth asking one of the devs.
Okay, that's interesting actually. At least there isn't an actual issue with it lol
