bought a switch 2 from amazon.de(europe) and its banned,what are my chances nitendo unbans it?(i dint know if its seconds hand or not

it says used but when i read throught the disc it said brand new condition,just the box is a bit sht

new switch 2 are currently 429€ on amazon germany.

if anyone is curious about an update here is one

i sent my package back to amazon.de and after 3 weeks i got my money back

users mentioned to contact nitendo and request them to unban my console which didnt result in much,they just ask me to post a screenshot??

regardless,money in pocket and a new console accuaried!

sorry but nintendo if the user do the trick and after use the same account can find him/her/alien/lightentity. the ban is account ban or console serial ban?

have no idea what your trying to say but nintendo usually splits bans into 2 types

1.Console Serial ban which are usually for
Detected use of a modified console
Playing pirated games
Unit reported as stolen
Multiple banned Nintendo accounts associated with that specific console.

2.Nintendo Account ban which is usually for
Cheating/exploit abusing in online multiplayer
Fraud
Harassment of other users online
Severe TOS violation

if you have a linked account to your banned console your switch account doesnt get banned,only the console so its okay

they solved the same situation for a user who bought a banned S2 from facebook market place, he provided to them messages/screens of the transaction.
they unbanned his switch 2.
it was in usa, he talked about it in a youtube video ( can't find it cuz it was not the main title of the video ) but i saw it.

ps : in europe the same thing happened, nintendo dosen't care and redirect you to your seller.

Yeah I think it was a video with MigSwitch and switch 2 in a thumbnail where a guy was talking about the dangers of buying used games and getting banned…
