I just purchased the new EZODE-B flash cart (not knowing this was the new edition) and was pretty bummed to realize I couldn’t use the cool custom firmwares people have developed (yet!).
But biggest issue I have is that for GBA roms (Mega man Zero in my case) when I boot with add on and use save state, when trying to load the state later on, the screen just goes white and nothing happens. Or the game loads but freezes immediately. This points to corrupted file but not sure how to avoid. I understand I can use native saving but save states would be ideal to have. I am not really noticing it with other games yet, but something I want to be mindful of.
Does anyone have insight on what this could be? Not sure if it’s something in the settings causing this, or if it’s just one of those things that happens?
I’m new to flash carts and saw EZ Flash Omega DE as a top choice, and for its price point I didn’t expect to run into issues like this.
