So I had been using my modded new3DS with a 128gb card for a couple years and had no issues until recently. I've had this 3ds for ten years and its always ran just fine.
After playing one of my usual games I pressed the home menu button only for it to suddenly freeze, had to press down on the power button for ages to turn it off.
When I tried turning it back on it initially would no longer boot, just have the blue and yellow lights on a black screen. It eventually booted normally but something seems to have gotten messed up.
I've noticed that games and certain cutscenes seem to take much longer to load than it did before. For example, some of the scene transitions in AA Spirit of Justice now take over ten seconds to load which is way more than normal.
I have no idea whether something is wrong with the 3ds itself or if the SD card got slightly corrupted. All the games I've got downloaded are still there and seem to still load
Is there any specific homebrew software or Luma menu option I can use to diagnose and maybe repair the issue? I currently don't have an SD card reader at the moment so I have no way of checking things myself or using that H2testw program.
The firmware is the latest Luma 13.4 version.

The card might be on it way out, if it is crashing and freezing, probably best to copy your data off to a computer hard drive, and h2testw the card, if it fail the test you probably need a new card. As for loading 64kb cluster would load faster than a 32kb cluster even though 64kb cluster take up more space.
