The problem is that I am unable to do this because savegame manager GX's feature to do this seems to not work. It does nothing for me. Is there any other way? I clicked the / button at the top to make the Mii editable.
what tool can i use to make the mii, back it up, and restore it with?Basically you'll need to make a Mii on your console and backup that, then in a hex editor you'll need to find the System ID (4 bytes starting at address 1C) and copy and paste-overwrite it over the same location in Miis you want to unlock![]()
Since when did the Mii Channel let you back up the Mii to the SD card?????The normal Mii Channel, then you can use that same Savegame Manager GX if you like it![]()
It doesn't*, you export it separately!Since when did the Mii Channel let you back up the Mii to the SD card?????
ok, but what tool do i use to export it seperately? that is what i askedIt doesn't*, you export it separately!
* but it can backup Miis to the Wiimote, if you wanted to do things the harder way you could go that way![]()

tysmI recently wanted to edit miis imported from (now broken and buried) wii and used unblue mii
https://wiibrew.org/wiki/UnBlue_Mii
It worked fine - just had to re-select my new miis again in games that use them (wiifit+).
