It's more likely that I let water go before I let caffeine go, not a chance, I would be eating dry coffee beans before letting caffeine go.

What were these mistakes, if I may ask? I'm pro equality too. In fact, I see myself as a feminist, even though I'm a man. Strange, I know. :wtf:
We liberated women from civilisation, allowing them to embrace individualism & survival of the fittest.

Without liberating men, or giving men a value outside of paternalism. Leaving men with the internalised misandry & obligations of patriarchy & no real benefits, potentially even being punished for doing what is expected.

The gender wage gap is just that men are obligated to compete against women, because of hypergamy.

The fact you can't even question this stuff without being labelled a misogynist or red pilled, means we are locked in on a course of extinction or populism (like Trump).

The first/second wave feminists weren't wrong in thinking something needed to change, but didn't understand quite what the effect would be of the specific changes. When people bought up the issues that would arise, they were met with "trust me bro".

Pre feminism was basically DEI for men, to keep society stable. If we can't prevent women from using ambition and success as their major attractive traits, we are never going to have a stable society again. The more gains that women make in success, the more men are excluded from the dating market. If men don't have a stake in society, they have no reason to care if it remains civilised or not.

We're now in a positive feedback loop, as women find themselves feeling more unsafe, it's leading them to acting in ways that make society less cohesive and therefore more unsafe, resulting in them acting in further ways that make society less cohesive and on and on.

With attention deficit issues and being on the autistic spectrum, I can't live my life straight. Have smoked weed and hash for over forty years no issues. No GP telling me not to use it despite it's decriminalized status in the UK (but not legal). I just refuse to succumb to the temptations of booze and tobacco products though (which I think are legalized poison). I just wish I was one of the ones who try to keep a healthy lifestyle and don't have something else in their life that suffers because of it like I do because I can't afford to eat healthily and exercise is difficult for me as I am taking two different kinds of medication for hypotension because of the effects of a genetic liver malfunction.

While I advocate for healthy living, one of the most healthy things you can do is accept the reality of your situation.

You can change some things, you can't change others. Don't beat yourself up for things you can't change, or for not doing things you think you could do.

Just try to gently parent yourself towards things that help and away from things that don't.
Over time you might find there are things you can change, that you never thought you could. Or maybe you won't.

I don't count that, if you have ADHD then you're not doing drugs just because stimulants help you.

I didn't know it was decriminalized in the UK, that's good, even though legalization is much better.

I can get on fine without alcohol, normally, right now I'm waiting to try out ADHD medicine and I can't risk getting tested and show any illegal drug use... But under normal conditions weed is a hundred times better than alcohol, IMO.

What about strength training, is that out of the question too? I get if you can't do cardio (which I very much prefer)... Longevity is very much linked to muscle mass as I understand it, you can probably do squats? Work the biggest muscles in the body, takes mere minutes.

Pretty much.

I see drug use as a public health issue, not a criminal or moral issue.

Pornography is our biggest looming issue. We liberated women from western civilisation, taught men that sex was their only value, connected everyone with a delivery mechanism for pornography and then wonder why we are in a mess and there is a rebound to people like Trump.

I'm pro equality, but I think "feminism" made some major mistakes over the last 70 years.

This is a whole nother topic, but I don't mind.

When my grandfather was a young man he supported his stay at home wife and his two children on his salary... What the fuck happened when women joined the workforce? The hours could've been cut in half and together you could have a family, alone you'd be fine... I want to find a conspiracy here, that banks, politicians and lizard people colluded to get everyone to work their life away, I can see it, can't prove it. 😉

It's capitalism https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Torches_of_Freedom

We've created a situation where women's choices cannot be questioned, but men's can & supposedly should always be.

Women make most of the purchasing decisions.

in case of these illegal I'm totally out, I think I'm very attached to stuff, that I really take very long to overcome loss, be it a friend cutting ties, someone close passing away, even some money loss like recently my mom got scammed and we lost a lot of money and thanks to that ashole we are in deep sheet here ... oh well, so I fear trying these I'd have a a hard time getting clean and no one really willing to help so better stay away instead lol

as for legal ones, I can't like alcohol rink, I've tried, and tried sometimes I try just to taste, even when it tastes good it tasted bad! argh hahah
Coffee we at leats had a lot in the morning to wake up but I also didn't like t very much and was easy to drop, one time or another may happen o drink a bit.
Sugar and cocoa(chocolate) is a problem if we have candy at home lolol but I can hold more now after having troubles when I got lactose intolerance ... as for chocolate, the ones we have here now or are ver expensive or are all fake, "chocolate taste" so meh....
I hate who smoke because most of the smokers are hella dirty, always trashing everything with the remains of the cigars or the air wherever they are

as for drugs as in medicine, I have to take some but I hope I can stop these soon

so yeah, I'll probably be a " clean corpse" someday :v

I've read about Torches of freedom quite recently. If I am to generalize I think the easiest group to have conform is women (there are outliers, women more rebellious than I could maybe even imagine), but on a whole it holds true.

About the purchasing decisions, that's also men just giving in (for obvious reasons) I don't know it's just is what it is. I think it could be beneficial if people were taught to be content with what you got.

OP is completely delusional about their self claimed drug-free and straight-edge lifestyle. Why even lie to yourself?

Heh, I know it's usually lost in text, especially lost if you have Aspergers (not claiming you do, I don't know you).

I know I'm not living a straight edge life, because I drink... And as soon as I get my medicine I can finally smoke weed again. I probably will hold off for quite a while. But I'm not straight edge, that was a joke.

I do think caffeine is one of the most useless drugs there is though, but if you are currently at a job and addicted then it's a tough time getting off. It feels like it helps you and it's very much accepted.

Nicotine was way harder to give up for me than actual hard drugs. The hardest substance that I'm still trying to quit is caffeine. Specifically energy drinks. Nearly half a year sober from drugs and alcohol but I honestly don't know if I'll ever be fully caffeine free.

I just found out they do drug testing at my job. So I'm bagging up some of my Cocaine and Weed, and taking to work with me tomorrow to get tested. Hopefully it meets they're standards.
