If you're looking for a Pokemon SoulSilver save file, why not just put that in your thread title instead of "some save file"?
If you couldn't find suitable save data by Googling (and you tried Googling before you created a thread, right..?), just download pkhex and do whatever you need to your save data.

well I'm kinda new here so I'm apologize for this messy thread, but yeah I've been trying to scourging the internet for it and most of them were dubiously created, I'm familiar and have used pkhex to some extend but the thing is, whether the resources created through pkhex can be accepted to pokemon home or not is what concerned me.
Writing a descriptive thread title is an important thing to do no matter where you are.
I think you will find pkhex already has checks for that.
