Is there an upscaled FMVs mods for god of war games?

I've been looking for an FMV mod for both god of wars but I couldn't find any, I only found youtube videos but no actual mods.
Are there any of them under the radar or is it not possible to mod FMVs in PCSX2?

It is possible to mod it, no wants to do it because it can easily be the size of a modern game or bigger (20-100+ GB's)
