WUP Installer GX Question

I have both some wii u and wii games on my SD games in the install folder on my SD card

1. Can I use one HDD to store all of my wii / wii u games ( Is there any special steps that I need to take for my HDD to store both wii + wii u games)?

2. After I install the wii + wii u games to my HDD, the wii & wii u will all appear on my wii u menu with my homebrew apps or do I need to go to wii menu to find my wii games?

3. Are the wii & wii u games installed this way any different from regular disc wii & wii u games ?

4. After I install the wii/ wii u games to my HDD, I can delete them off my SD card ?

1. Yes, you can have them all on the same HDD.
2. If they all got installed successfully with WUP Installer they should appear on the Wii U's main menu.
3. They're the same.

When I downloaded Smash Wii U from Wii U USB installer , there are two folders one for the game and one for DLC. Do I move both folders into install. Also, can I rename these folders , one to Smash Wii U and one to Smash Wii U DLC or will renaming the folders mess up WUP installer?
