no, just try each npdm one by one until all mods work. Issue may not come from npdm itself though.

npdm is only about expanding permissions.

Sorry if Im necroposting, but is there a working cheat for class exp multipliers? I apllied them to my game (Using Eden Emulator) but its not working

I'm not sure what you mean by "try each npdm one by one"? if I use the optimizer mod with another mod that requires an npdm, like your ModLoader, or the Tweaks mod, the game crashes immediately at launch. What can I try, exactly?
 
npdm is a file that stores Application permissions. It's not tied to any mod, just one of them can have shitty settings that somehow works with this one but may not work with other one which has correctly done npdm. That's why "try each"

oh I see. yeah, the NX Optimizer mod has a "subsdk3" file that seems to be the bulk of the mod.

it's very strange; the tweaks mod doesn't come with an exefs folder at all, but without taking the "main.npdm" and "subsdk9" from another mod (decensor mod), tweaks mod will not work on emulator.
