Hacking Restore save data from dead Switch (Dumped with tegraexplorer/dump_saves.te)

Hi

I dumped from a dead switch the savegames with tegraexplorer script: dump_saves.te

How can i restore the bunch of 800000000001 (System) and 000000000001 (User) files into another CFW switch ?

Would it be sufficient to simply copy them into another nand in the same directory using NxNandManager?

Copy user files to DBI save backup dir and restore them as usual save backups

Thanks for the solution - Its solved.

NOTE: After restore saves via DBI you must install the game like befor! With same game update and DLCs.

Hi, I have a similar problem, I can't fire up CFW from this card, can anyone give any ideas on how to backup save games?

Hey guys. I am resurrecting this old post, because you had same problem as me and i couldn't figure it out.

Ihave raw back up of saves game, made with dump_saves.te in tegraexplorer. I placed the files in sd:/switch/DBI/saves/. In DBI settings i can check the directory for saves is correct. But DBI dasnt see this files. When i go in the menu in saves, there is nothing.

I all appreciate any help.

It means you do somwthing wrong
