Hi! I know that there's an app for the 3DS that allows you to CREATE cheat codes using a built-in hex editor, but I forgot its name and can't find it anywhere... all Google is giving me to "create" cheat codes is to copy/paste a .txt file in the SD Card... THAT'S NOT WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR! Simply say, I wish to CREATE codes for Majora's Mask 3DS V1.1 because ALL codes are for v1.0 ONLY. What is the name of that 3DS Homebrew app to make cheat codes with a built-in hex editor and edit the .txt within the console itself? Sorry if I sound like a noob... but Google doesn't give the results I want...
