Hi, this is a long shot of a long shot but I was playing Higurashi on Switch and now own a Steam Deck (i sold the Switch)., i am trying to get the patch working on Yuzu but no dice. Any help is appreciated. How to get the exefs file working?

I own all 8 eps on Steam but the Switch version is all in 1 and where i first owned/played the game. I dont want to give up the Switch version yet.

Probably not. Honestly just play the game on PC... Took me 3 years but I did it. Hahaha wish I could've played it on switch but it is what it is

Nope, because they changed scenario opcodes in 2.0.0 update and ShinDataUtil is currently not able to properly disassemble it, not mentioning assembling back.

Any by "no access" I mean "you won't be able to even play DLC in Japanese without deleting mod first".

Hey! Thanks a lot for your great work. About to start this. Is there any way to get the 2.0.0 update? I just noticed that my game updated to 2.0.1 and I have no clue how to get an old update. Thanks!

It should work with 2.0.1 too, of course with DLC Origin not working.
 
Just wanted to drop in with a thanks for this mod. Was super disappointed when I saw this game wouldn't be localised, but seeing that this is pretty much complete I jumped on a copy on eBay, dumped it with the update, and it all works great on Yuzu with the latest update (2.0.1). Will take me some time to get through the game, but it's been on my list long enough!

    • Time has come to port Hou+ official translation to Switch. So now "Hinamizawa Bus Stop", "Higurashi Outbreak" and "Kamikashimashi" have official translation.
    With it I have also ported fantranslation send to me by ~Crispy that replaces most of MTL from first and second book.

    Can I make this translation work on Ryujinx emulator (and how to do so, i have atmosphere folder, where should i put it in Ryujinx folders and should i restructure it somehow)?
