I had hacked my switch and then stopped using it for a while, had changed the battery, in the process damaged the SD card adapter and the connector on the pcb, had the connector resoldered and bought 2 new sim card slots

I am injecting the latest hecate using tegra and most of the time its just the blank screen with the light, no text on screen, but sometimes it will show the hecate logo or some barely visible menu
Sometimes it will show a message: sd card is initialized in 1 bit mode

So i replaced the sd card slot, but now im in the cycle of getting the blank screen 90% of the time that i inject hekate, so basically im spending around 20 mins trying to get text on the screen

I tried the android rekado injector and that does work but i have the similar problem of switch turning on blank screen, then me turning off and reinjecting payload

I also formatted a 2nd sd card and then put the hekate bootloader folder on it, just in case the sd card was bad, havent been able to test it cause i keep getting blank screen

I did charge it overnight directly with the plug

Do you see the Switch show up in TegraRCM every time you connect it?

It still sounds as if the issues with your SD card reader board are not fixed.
It might be just a bad contact between the connector on that SD card board or the connector on the main board.
If applying some gentle pressure increases your injection success rate, then it might be the connectors.
I'm not sure whether you'll be able to check it with a multimeter because it might just make contact when measuring it.
If continuity is not close to zero ohms then you found the bad line.

If TegraRCM/Rekado says the injection was successful but you still see a blank screen, then maybe your hekate installation is out of date or the primary payload is a different version. Usually Hekate will complain about that.

Yes every single time it gets detected in tegra
There is obviously an issue with the sd card thing, but is that affecting the hekate loading on the switch everytime i use tegra?
