As the title says basically, I have a disk of Super Mario 3D World that I'm trying to back up onto my system. I followed the guide from wii u hacks guide (which from what I can tell is recommended). Everything went smoothly until I tried to install it through WUP Installer Gx2, at which point I got the Exception.

I was installing to a HDD which uses a Y-Cable.

I've not had issues with other installs through WUP Installer Gx2, and it's up to date. I don't believe it's a HDD issue either, as everything on my HDD works fine and I've had no issue previous installing to it. I'm not sure what caused this and I cant find any instance of this happening to anyone else online so any advice would be appreciated!

To add onto this
I am using a SanDisk 128 micro sd card with an adapter (Copy protection setting turned off)
My HDD is a 250gb UnionSine (compatible with the Wii U as it'd been able to run other software perfectly fine)
I had a disk in when trying to install
I am on the latest Aroma Firmware

Hello,

How did you enter your folder name?

WUP Install doesn't accept numbers or punctuation.

Rename your folder like this: Super Mario World

Then test again.

You're a lifesaver, this worked! I didn't realise numbers counted as special characters. Thank you so much!
