Afroman, known for his breakout hit "because I got high" has won a libel case against officers from the Adams County police department. The officers had sued him for defamation following years of song creation and selling of merchandise about them or with their likenesses.

Police officers initially raided Afroman's home in Adams County Ohio in 2022 with a warrant for narcotics trafficking and kidnapping. After destroying his gate, kicking down his door, stealing some $400 in cash and famously a piece of lemon pound cake, no charges were filed. Afroman posted footage of the raid online, and the videos went viral.

The defamation suit centered on claims in Afroman's videos that the police in question were among other things gay, pedophiles, thieves, or their wives engaged in sexual relations with Afroman. Ultimately it was ruled he was not liable and his actions were protected first amendment speech after a speedy jury trial.

Notably during the court case, which was live streamed, his videos over the past 4 years were shown in their entirety. One such 13 minute video, filmed during the trial and shown to the jury, involves an actress portraying the officer Afroman dubbed "Licc'em low lisa" actively engaged in oral sex with women and having sex with Afroman. Other notable occurrences include when one officer was asked whether he really believed Afroman had sex with his wife, to which he replied, he did not know.

You can watch part of the trial here, and the Licc'em low lisa video below:

I'm not a lawyer, but it can't be legal for law enforcement to steal your money. Could be I'm just old fashioned though.

Afroman is so based with the use of his songs; they're really funny, but the sad part is that it has been a long-going issue in his life, and he is putting out a statement about the amount of corruption law enforcement in the US has by unlawfully entering his property with no right to do so other than to steal his money. One cop featured in his videos retired from his duties after Afroman called him out, saying that his family were pedos, and all of a sudden none of his daughters' friends were allowed over and no one liked him at events, so he quit to save his family the embarrassment and damage to his reputation, but it didn't stop there; another cop tried to sue him for saying that his wife got fucked.

There is a little something called a warrant

Which the police had

They could legally enter his house

Now - as to the merit of that warrant, yes I would agree it was clearly not based on hard evidence

You can thank whatever judge rubber stamped that warrant for all the BS that followed

Saw pieces of this on a late show. Hilarious.

Afroman's lawyer: so you say my client said he has sex with your wife?
Cop:... Yes?
Lawyer: does this look like a man who does what he says?
*points at Afroman, wearing a suit or USA flags*

I was like "this guy should run for president"... After which i was told that he actually did.
And somehow lost for some reason.

Is there a song on that judge as well? :P
