This is new territory for me, but it's something I'm eager to try and learn. It seems odd to me that the path is using two back slashes in a row. I'm also used to paths using forward slashes, but IDK if either of those could be an issue.
two back slash is from pc and 1 forward slash is from Switch I had to use edit in notepad++ to all two back slash to one forward slash just click on 2 backslash and rename it to 1 forward slash and it do it all just in 1 sec so you dont have to do all every roms. In Notepad++ on top corner click on Edit, click on replace you will see it and after enter old \\ and new / then click on replace all or single

From this -

"path": "D:\\0 RA-FRANKENSTEIN ROMS\\Arcade CPS2\\Street Fighter Zero 2 Alpha\\sfz2al.zip",
"label": "sfz2al",
"core_path": "D:\apps\retroarch-wii",
"core_name": "fbalpha2012_cps2_libretro_wii.dol",
"crc32": "00000000|crc",
"db_name": "Arcade CPS2.lpl"

to this -

"path": ":/0 RA-FRANKENSTEIN ROMS/Arcade CPS2/Street Fighter Zero 2 Alpha/sfz2al.zip",
"label": "sfz2al",
"core_path": ":/apps/retroarch-wii",
"core_name": "fbalpha2012_cps2_libretro_wii.dol",
"crc32": "00000000|crc",
"db_name": "Arcade CPS2.lpl"

While booting roms on RA-Frankenstein, a problem was encountered. Arcades with rotary controls couldn't be configured.

Mame-2003 Plus core D - Heavy Barrel
Mame-2003 Plus core G - Caliber .50
Mame-2003 Plus core F - Ikari Warriors
Mame-2003 Plus core F - SAR - Search and Rescue

Any solution?

Maybe this will work.

Has there been a port of the Neko Project II core to the Wii?. I've been interested on testing some PC-98 visual novels, but it seems the standalone NPII has been abandoned for almost a decade.

Here’s the version I’ve been using. I can’t get it to work as a WiiFlow plugin, but it works fine from HBC and performs decently enough to enjoy several games.

Neko Project 2 (Beta 6)

I’m having issues mapping my controller using the GameCube ports on RetroArch Wii v1.7.6.

GameCube controllers work, even when using a Raphnet GC-to-SNES/Genesis adapter, but the input mappings always reset to the default every time.

Also, when I try to remap inputs, pressing the desired button does nothing — RetroArch doesn’t register the input at all.

Another issue is that every time I select the desired core and then load content/ROMs, RetroArch asks me to choose a “Suggested core.” Why does this happen? It’s really annoying. How can I stop this?

Excuse the copy paste of my post from the WiiU RA thread :D

Hey guys got a new Core for you to play with, thanks to the dev KMFDManic we now have an Atari Jaguar Core!
Its not perfect and to have any chance of playable speeds in game we have to sacrifice sound :/ but at least we now have Atari Jaguar in some form on WiiU :)
Thanks to Quarky for helping me get the Core to compile on Aroma lol

There are a few new Core Options to mess with on this Core:
1. Xtreme Time Slice Divisor
2. Xtreme Frameskip
3. Xtreme TurboBoost

Try messing with those to increase perf. (TurboBoost gives the most notable perf boosts in my tests but you lose sound.)

(Note from KMFDManic: to boost xtreme divisor youre best off testing on your specific platform with both audio and video synchronization disabled in retroarch settings, audio/video)
Disabling Audio and Video sync is an important thing to try to get the most fps ^^^^^^ That plus Xtreme Turboboost should net you the most perf :D

This is untested on Wii, I've only tested the WiiU version, I was able to get Rayman fullspeed with the sound disabled course, so mileage may vary on Wii.

EDIT: Make sure you have the Atari Jaguar Core info file too ;)

Thank you very much, it works on Wii and quite well. I'm going to keep testing more games.

awesome, i'll try recompiling these using the older RA to see how these perform.

the links to the source codes btw:

Virtual Jaguar Xtreme: https://github.com/KMFDManic/virtualjaguar-libretro
Gearlynx: https://github.com/drhelius/Gearlynx

where do you download the core for RA-Frankenstein?
I recompiled the core and added the drivers for those games. Some need cache, and I also had to modify the games because they have many unused BIOS files and are made for MAME. Here's the .dol file. you can use it in any RetroArch, just replace the one you already have.
