Neogeo kof2003h For romcnv

Has anyone succeeded in creating a KOF2003h cache?

I just confirmed that there is a fundamental problem in mvspsp that prevents it from creating a kof2003h cache as below link;

Is there a particular reason you want to play the clone ROM? The parent ROM kof2003.zip works fine for me.

Of course I know. There's a localization Korean patch coming out recently, so I'm trying to give it a try.
