You will say is a bad source or is a lie, so if you look it for your self you can use your critical thinking to find yourself the truth.

I already showed you why it isn't the truth, so no need for others to dive deeper.

Well, you partially showed. @impeeza may or may not be correct about the USA profiting from the exchange. That's a maybe, maybe not, too soon to tell situation.

But impeeza is correct that this 'bailout' for Argentina was done through the Treasury Department's Exchange Stabilization Fund, using money that Congress already appropriated to Treasury for this function. The USA did this once before by the way, for Mexico in 1995.

I mainly pointed out that his comment, that the US has made 10% profit so far, is a gross misrepresentation of the data at a minimum, or a willful lie at worst.

I think he was referring to the momentary spike in the value of the peso, which means nothing to the US. They've made nothing until they cash out. Until then, it's just a giant multi billion dollar gamble. It's more frustrating to learn that it's all in order to bail out hedge fund managers who invested into Argentina previously and begged Besset to do something.

i guess Harry Truman destroyed history or any other president that did the same

Imagine comparing a restoration to what Trump is doing. Actual NPC behavior

The "East Wing" consisted primarily of office space, built over a secret underground bunker, and was constructed in 1942. In fact the main reason for its construction in the first place was FDR wanted a secret underground bunker (b/c WWII). 1942 is only 25 years before I was born, so I'm having a hard time finding any reverence for it's historical value. It has been nothing but a place where White House staff work, and where White House public tours begin IIRC. It was functional business space, never historic. Meanwhile, diplomatic events held at the White House hosting heads of state from around the world required outdoor party tents on the lawn, and porta-potties. The "ballroom" being constructed is intended to provide a formal indoor space for those same type events in the future.

That's what Trump is doing. He eliminated office space.

Truman's rebuild of the White House was not a restoration. The primary focus of a restoration would be preservation. But except for the outer shell of the building, none of the original White House structure survived that 1949-52 construction work. All the "historical" parts of the building were gutted out. The Lincoln bedroom, the Oval Office, etc is all total rebuild. Lincoln never slept in the room they now call the Lincoln bedroom. They put period furniture in the room in 1945, but from what I've read it's not actually Lincoln's original stuff.

While it may have been necessary at the time due to the old original structure rotting out and becoming unstable, if you want to be technical about it, it was Truman that destroyed a lot of actual history.

However one feels about the "value" of the East Wing, it most certainly had more value than a large ballroom meant to stroke the ego of Trump and his "private" donors.

That is yet to be seen. If he puts "TRUMP" on the building like he does the skyscrapers he owns, then I'll give you the point. But I'll betcha it'll still be in use by Democrat and Republican Presidents alike, long after we both croak.

Maybe by those that have the kind of corruption that Trump has. If we had another decent president that cared more about the people than themselves, they'd probably have it torn down the first moment they can. The fact that the plans for it represent it being bigger than the White House itself should speak volumes.

U.S. "American" history is NOT Trumpet's history, he's an immigrant after all.

American history is "jailed" on reservations, keeping them away from the world as if they never existed.

And again, that's NOT Trumpet's history.

People use to like poor president cuz they feel the struggle of working families, now theyre more interested in getting themselves in the rich category. As for rich presidents ,they never knew about us poor people, trump less cuz hes not a self made.

If we all say it it's a bad source. Maybe it's because it actually is a bad source.

That kind of reasoning your putting up is exactly how flat earth logic continues to function.
