Here's a stream that I made where you can see that I not always get constant 60FPS.

Hey, what are your settings for Eden please ? I've much lower FPS on Eden nightly than Ryujinx/bing Canary, maybe because it's the clang PGO build, it should have better performance normally. I had to set CPU to accurate to fix the graphical bugs. Maybe Ryujinx is more efficient with the CPU as my CPU is just a 2600X, but I used to have better performance on yuzu based emulators than ryujinx ones.

If you want a more performant gpu, then I highly recommend an uninstallation with DDU first to remove all associated entries of your gpu driver still permeating your system. Then, fire up NVCleanstall and have it trim the driver package down to size; ridding it of all the bloat and spyware sandwiched with it.

Sounds daunting, I know, but it's well worth learning if you want to have a pc environment with as few snags and bugs as possible.
YOU ARE MY HERO...

I've read every messages of yours (include shader toogler setting), and it worked very successfully!
I registered account just for thank you!

Your CPU is too old. Ryujinx is more CPU dependent.

Try setting your GPU accuracy to Normal. I get a distinct FPS drop on High.

*edit- I just tried setting my CPU to Accurate, and it actually made my graphical glitching, at least the vertex explosion part, worse. I also noticed my FPS dropped to around 34 fps average where before I was getting closer to 50 FPS.

So you might consider trying that on auto, or Unsafe and playing with the different options Unsafe gives you to find out which unsafe setting exactly is causing your graphical glitching, and if any of them give you better FPS.

Method 1.
Expand dram to 8 gb & run ryujinx as admin

Method 2 .
Turn off v sync & let it play fast.

Methos 3.
Spam a to skip cut scene

after doing troubleshooting for a friend, assuming your pc specs are good and shouldn't be having problems to run the game but just get a hang up on there:

Assuming you're on Ryujinx since that's where this starting cutscene hangup happens.
1. in graphics settings, at the very top: OpenGL as backend. Don't run the game on this as it has poor performance in my experience, use Vulkan *after* you've gotten past this first cutscene
2. in CPU, disable PPTC and low power PPTC. Set Memory Manager Mode to Host (Fast). When you switch back to Vulkan after making sure you aren't getting hang ups anymore, set both PPTC options back to On.
3. Before even loading the game, right click on it and at the very bottom, go into Cache Management and purge both PPTC and Shader cache. While I hate saying "dont know why but it works", this is what helped me get past the hang up.

When doing all this, your flow should be
-Load game
-Get through the intro, or just be at the train station (this is an autosave)
-Leave into the street, cutscene plays after the title drop
-You should see a small (less than a second) hang up on the famous bird freeze frame, but now it continues on as normal.

If all this fails, I recommend loading the game on Eden and doing this intro segment on it, then passing the save files back to Ryujinx.

There is another hang up (the ladder) people have been experiencing a bit later into the tutorial as well, but I haven't been able to replicate it. Other than that, once you can confirm the game runs well, I'd recommend throwing in some patches.

so how do you do that on emulator

honesty if we ported masagrators code it would be better
unfortunately emu doesnt have frame limiter, you'd have to set it up using something like nvidia's control panel, which i understand isn't an option for a lot of people on specific hardware or stuff like linux

In case you do have access to something like that *and* you've been hitting 60 consistently, i can anecdotally say that setting it up to 60 limit made it work perfectly, both for moves now working properly and animatons not getting too sped up (going up ladders) or too slowed down (running, moving while in battle). At 35-40 limit however I was experiencing animation slowdowns (not FPS drops) for every move/pokeball throw etc which didn't seem intended.

You just have to use RivaTuner and MSI Afterburner.

Masagrator code is based on Fl4sh info and it also have issues such character stuck while rolling. Also Masagrator no longer cares about the game.

Ryubing has a custom refresh rate (experimental) option in the system tab which can be used as a frame limiter.
