My PS Vita won't read my Memory Card

Hi there, I turned on my Vita today, greeted to it telling me my memory card inserted in my system is linked to a SEN account I used to have, but I can't, for the life of me recover it.
I remember formatting this card before I even formatted my console.
I really need help with this, as I want to keep my save files.
If anyone can help, PLEASE!!

Jailbreak it as needed via http://jailblreak.psp2.dev . Then go to Settings -> Henkaku Settings -> Unlink Memory Card. Reboot.

Thank you for the help! I did get back into the PSN account before you responded, unfortunately, I lost the save data. BUT! This helps in the future if something catastrophic like this happens again.
I do appreciate someone responded though! Thanks for your time.
