Joycon battery from full, half, charging then loops all over again.

I was handed this joycon for repair. I have managed to repair the simple stuff like replacing the joystick and the rail. Can't seem to find fault in the battery since it's not even spicy at all.

Anyone knows if this can be fixed with a simple battery swap? I have yet to order a battery, just wanted to make sure.

It might be faulty battery.
Faulty batteries charge up almost instantly but are not able to hold their charge.

Hey thanks for the reply. Looks like the issue is that the battery is just totally depleted. It managed to become normal again after letting it charge for an entire day.
