Using JKSV to transfer save from Emunand to Sysnand?

I only use CFW for playing games, and I play these games the normal, legit way. But having the saves on my sysNAND would be nice if I end up buying these games later on or when I want to transfer them to the cloud for the Switch 2.

Also, how do you block Nintendo servers from connecting to your Switch before or while running CFW on sysNAND?
And would I need to delete JKSV from my sysNAND when I'm done transferring saves?

I'm currently researching ways to get my save games on emunand -> sysnand -> NIntendo Servers -> use on Switch 2.

I don't care too much about Pokemon and my saves aren't a huge deal on Smash or Splatoon.

I'll see if I can give what you're asking a try but wondering if you ended up trying it and was it successful?

@elliptic_kangaroo @burhansalih I'm not able to multi-quote your posts due to new forum software.

If you have clean sysnand, so you can use JKSV to inject the save in NAND and upload it to cloud.

Clean sysnand = it means you never install NSP, use XCI, use MIG and any hacking tools that led to have mysterious error codes that led your Switch to be flagged for Nintendo to investigate and ban you if error code is related to hacking.

Atmosphere has strong anti-ban protection but it is for simple hacking like JKSV and they don't shield you if you install NSP or hacking tool crash that led error code to be produced in NAND instead of SD that is supposed by Atmosphere.

Can you please elaborate on this? I couldn't put my backed up saves on my OFW with JKSV because it wouldn't show me the game. Obviously, because I never had those games on OFW only CFW

So I've heard that backing up saves from sysnand to emunand is 'kinda' safe. But how about the other way around?
I bit the bullet and installed totk on my emmunand and now, what I wanna know is If I can use JKSV on my sysnand to transfer my save
from emu to sys so I can continue my game when I get my legit copy from pre order.
I understand the risk etc I'll get banned eventually I get it, but I wanna know if this is as bad as installing nsp to ur sysnand which is an immediate ban hammer. Thanks

Edit: If it doesn't work, guess I'll just replay.
It works fine. Just don't go online when using the hacked sysnand. I did this all the time for animal crossing. I'd edit the file on my pc, put it back, then transfer it into the sysnand. Then reboot into the actual real switch mode and play online and give fam/friends money in game.

Basically boot to moded sysnand, back up your save. transfer to pc to edit, reimport it back into modded sysnand, then reboot into normal switch mode to play. Just have airplane mode on when in the modded sysnand and don't run the games there to be safe.

In jksv on your sys CFW you have to manually create the save from the user options (don't remember the actual name but it is in user options) and then you can import your save.

I did that on my clean sysnand after playing on emunand, and then sync the saves on cloud from sys OFW.
Only did it with clean saves (ie unmodified saves, from running the regular game without mods etc).
It never triggered a ban at least on my switch 1.

Now the saves can be accessed from my switch 2 too without issue.

Awesome, just finished doing this and both my swith 1 & 2 are fine working online and just like you the saves got backed up too. This is awesome!!

@Varo i know its been like months since this conversation, but im facing the same problem as you, i want to transfer my emuNAND save to my sysNAND without having the game. How do you manage to do that, can you make a little tutorial or message me to help me?

i have HATS installed and when i boot my switch i have 3 options:
- Semi Stock (SYSMMC)
- CFW (SYSMMC)
- CFW (EMUMMC)

i play the games on CFW (EmuMMC) and have the Pokemon HOME installed on CFW (SysMMC). Im I doing something wrong? i should have installed the Home on Stock instead of SysMMC?
