Hi, I installed a new theme. And when I go to the "All Apps" section, I get this error. I've searched everywhere for information, but there's no reference to it. I already deleted the "0100000000001000" folder, but it didn't fix it. I also have the NXThemesInstaller updated.

You're supposed to uninstall theme installer before firmware update. It's in the instructions when downloading theme installer. Just add before, backup then delete that program 01x1000 and then add it back after you get your Switch up again.

THAT is correct!

Title ID 0100000000001000 is qLaunch, the GUI of HOS, so is a theme problem (https://switchbrew.org/wiki/Title_list)

You upgraded your firmware but didn't uninstalled the themes before, now you need to delete the folders SDMC:/atmosphere/contents/0100000000001000 SDMC:/atmosphere/contents/0100000000001002 SDMC:/atmosphere/contents/0100000000001003 SDMC:/atmosphere/contents/0100000000001007 & SDMC:/atmosphere/contents/0100000000001009 if any of them are on your SD card, and restart you console

Next time remove themes using NXThemesInstaller before installa new firmware

Use the guide https://gbatemp.net/threads/ultimate-guide-to-upgrade-your-firmware-atmosphere.661148/ as a checklist for upgrading your console

I didn't update the firmware. I installed the theme from a clean SD card. Atmosphere was freshly installed. I partitioned it, installed Atmosphere, and installed a theme from there.
I did not install a firmware update since I already had a custom theme.

So backup and delete the folders and try to boot.

I've already deleted them, and it doesn't fix it. I even deleted the Atmosphere folder and pasted it back in, and nothing. The same error keeps appearing.
I think we'll have to format it and not install any themes anymore. This is what happens to me with the OLED. I've never had anything like this happen with a V1.

Try one more time but BACKUP and delete your SDMC:/atmosphere folder. then DOWNLOAD LATEST ONE from GitHub. and extract to the root of your card.

install SYS-Patch Sysmodule ONLY and start your console for testing.

let us to know how it works.
