I don't think the cheat was ever fixed but there is a power up modifier cheat I can post later When you use it to select your power up it also makes you invincible in the same way that that cheat that glitches does only differences this one you can go in and out of the pipes so I'll post it later for you you can try it on the emulator and see if it works I've been using it on my switch but it's the only way I know to be successfully Invincible other than using the infinite star power

here is the code i hope it helps with this code you can go in and out of pipes
[Powerup Modifier(Hold L or ZL and press Up or Down to cycle through the powerups. makes you invincible. Makes Nabbit invisible when cycling through with him]

What did you test this Code on? Along with other Codes that work, I add this to it, and it is stuck on Launching...

cheats have never worked well with yuzu as you have to seperate every cheat into individual text files other wise it loads with all of them enabled which is probably whats causing the black screen at least that is what i experienced on the pc version of yuzu. as for sudachi i have never used that one and i dont have a steam deck i only play on my switch and occasionally ryujinx on pc

Well, there is a May 25th 2024 Build that works great of Sudachi, but I tried testing a Build that was recent...yeah....7GB left on Storage, run NSMBUD, then when you go to Stop Emulation....all that 7GB goes away like no other until there is 0 Bytes left...but if you force close it out, then you get that Storage back.

that sounds like when it is trying to close something crashes and sucks up all the memory until the crash is cleared what you could try is making sure that sudachi or what ever emulator you are using has the latest firmware and latest prodkey text files as they will not work with out these for the prodkeys.txt it needs to be dumped from an actual switch using lockpick but you can usualy find uploaded ones by using google just search for latest keys for switch and latest firmware and it should come up

For anyone looking for invincibility cheat code since this thread is old nobody replied me for a week unfortunately so I had to do things myself and spend that week doing some testing and it finally worked yay!!! I Tried this on PC and Android. The code works yet you need to install the latest firmware 19.1 and disable any unlimited lives codes (not sure why but these code give you a black screen after you select a character if you enable it along with this invincibility code, also if you don't install the firmware you'll get a black screen).

The Power Up Modifier code that works is by @froggy55 you enable it then hold ZL and Press up or down. Change the power up to anything including red Mario and ta-da you're now invincible and can enter pipes and all.

I'm still investigating on how to enable both unlimited lives and the Power up Modifier code at the same time without getting a black screen.

On PC I used Yuzu EA 4176

On Android I used the latest Sudadshi as of March 2025 (doesn't work on Yuzu on Android tho somehow same applies to Broken Sword reforged that only works on Sudadshi with the latest fw installed)

Edit: If you enable the cheat called "Lives" below (not unlimited lives) by itself and then Start a new game and save then disable it and enable the Power up Modifier code you'll have 99 lives and invincibility at the same time and no more black screens or shutdown. Ofc the lives will diminish as you die but you can repeat this to get 99 lives every time.

the power up modifier is very buggy, you can't even interact with any stuff (even touch goal) unless you are fiery mario via ZL and up and down, and once you collect a random power-up you can't interact with anything again. Also, the power-up you changed will not appear on the map screen, so we need another properly working invincible cheat that wasn't 'start invincible'

The power up-modifier cheat works like a charm in not only single player mode, but also while playing multiplayer. I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere, however, as soon a player has pressed L+up/down at least once during any given level, that respective player becomes invulnerable in the same way as Nabbit is invulnerable.

The 'Lives' cheat also works impeccably together with the aforementioned cheat. No black screens, crashes or anything else.

We're running the game in Japanese on Ryujinx, btw.

Unfortunately, I no longer make codes for the Switch.
Maybe for the successor “Switch 2”.

I have so many great things to do
and doing that with the codes takes an enormous amount of time
and to be honest, what I still have in my life, like hobbies, is a lot more fun for me at the moment.

The problem is, if the one code doesn't work correctly on the switch,
It will probably never run on an emulator.

I assume that everyone knows the problem, with the code and the tube,
has already switched to the pause menu and selected the code for another costume.

Since I have no programming knowledge and simply don't have the talent to program,
I would say that it could perhaps be done with a LUA script or IDA.
I just have no idea about it.

And by the way,

I know you mentioned you no longer make codes for the Nintendo switch but if you could please make just two actual working codes the ones that are there don't work . The game in Question is Super Mario Bros Deluxe Nintendo switch TID: 0100EA80032EA000

I only need codes for infinite Jumps and invincibility. Again the ones listed on breezes currently do not seem to work. It has moon jump but now that does not even seem to work. If you could do this one favor that would be great 👍. But I understand. I just need the code numbers I can input them myself. I have never begged anyone for cheats on here...... But NOW I am am..... I'M BEGGING you to please find these 2 cheats. I wish I was smart enough to do this on my own....... The modding community you guys/gals..... did you try the power up modifier it makes you invincible and you can go through pipes as for inf jumps i dont no if there is a code for that one

There is a power up modifier? May I ask how this obtained?... Are we just simply talking about the Star thats in your item box? Or something else?

Thank you so much...... But the code causes the game to crash is this only for a certain version or Build ID? It did work initially.... But after about 30 seconds the game crashed. Am I doing something wrong? The codes were imputed correctly. I triple checked. But the game still crashes. Good code though. And I am very thankful for you sharing it with me.
