Thank you for the app! It's amazing work, would it be possible in the future to let us emulate a Bluetooth controller as a wiiu gamepad?

It's good For games like splatoon for example.

My friend, I already tested the control on the PC and it worked perfectly with the X360 driver as the manual says to install it, I went back to the Wii U with Aroma and the problem persists, I switched to Tiramisu and everything worked perfectly, it's a bug in Aroma's Bloopai, because On Tiramisu's Bloopair, the control with all the buttons and analog sticks worked perfectly.
This help me a lot. Im using gamesir T4N lite have switch mode in aroma. I try to sync and use joystick. 9 out of 10. Conected but error. The batery indication status is error. And all buton and direction doesnt register. 1 out of 10 it conected and working fine. After i switch to tiramisu. 9 out of 10 the controler work perfect 👍👍👍. Thanks.

Thanks to the dev(s) so much for the opportunity to host a video game party for my child. I only have so many systems/controllers and this project breathed new life into my WiiU. I installed aroma for the sole purpose of running Bloopair. And it worked great, with some caveats I wanted to point out for future readers:

PS4 controller: 8/10
Paired quickly, stayed paired. Buttons responsive and everything just works. However these appeared to time out when left alone. I don't recall the WiiU pro controller having this disconnection issue. They would be able to re-connect though, so only a minor inconvenience.

Xbox One Controller (bluetooth): 5/10
Paired great, operates stable, but at some point it just stops working; no response. Possibly due to inactivity. Corrective action is to reboot and continue use non-stop, which is a major interruption to a gaming session. Works but then something

PS3 controllers: 0/10
Pairs quickly via USB cable as advertised, but attempting to connect them resulted in CRASHING THE SYSTEM so hard I had to hard reboot. I wonder if this is due to variance in hardware models? i used 2 of the same, same behavior. I paired another but was on limited time and didn't try to actually use it. I wonder if devs tried a different / later hardware version of the PS3 controller

Hello,
I have bought these 2 controllers on Aliexpress:

they work great on windows and mac.
I tried to pair them on the wii u using bloopair, they got detected immediately even in koopair.
However, when I open koopair and I go into testing mode it does not detect any button press.

Is there a way to solve it? Can I do something?

Thank you

I tried bloopair 0.5.2 and it seems to work great! I started Zelda and the controller turned off. Then I turned it back on and it works. Would it be possible to make it work in the next bloopair version?

Good controller, which is better? I need a new for my ps4 :)
Do they work nice on android and PC?

Hello, they are pretty much the same. I tried them on windows, mac, and wii u (on bloopair 0.5.2) and they are perfect. I will try bloopair 1.0.2 and see if they work

My official DualShock 4 works without any issues.
Can you try version 1.0.2? If it still doesn't work can you send a link to those controllers? I might buy one to see what the issue is.
Edit: I ordered one of them, will test it once it arrives.

I have myself a collection of 70 controllers of that kind, which is your best controllers of all? I might bought those twos .
Still waiting for a perfect controller that can work on ALL MACHINES!! (those don't work on switch it seems for example), many of those controllers have often small bugs on ps4......(concerning standby mainly when there is a second player).
Also waiting for a PS6 that would accept all ps games DVD, that would be a dream.
An controller that would be compatible with all, many here were saying it was impossible: Time have proven them WRONG.
It's the same for modifying a WII Os on itself, I hope with many years, everything will improve to the extend.
The futur of gaming and emulation is greatness, those 15€ controllers are just INCREDIBLE for what they can do for the price (considering the controllers we had 10 years ago). It's looking like as I said 4 Years ago....Soon, everything will be on your tv directly with all compatible, you will have one day the equivalent of a PS7 on your TV (Console companies and TV companies will merge, Sony divisions concerning Tv and console will merge), Just like your Smartphone does what a some other devices were doing before (Digital camera,Dictaphone, musicplayer,Dedicated GPS,Landline phone,Alarm clock,Game consoles,Universal remote controls,Calculator,Portable radio), then the PS7 equivalent will merge on your smartphone ^^
I have a controller at 35$ which is my favorite, even better than some at 150/160€ (must admit didn't try in on bloopair) ^^
The thing is often, when you parameter a controller for PS4, then if you parameter it for your wiiU, then it won't work anymore on your PS4. Was wondering what you think about that problem GOD Gary? ^^

When I say "it's not working" I mean that they are paired but (after version 0.5.3) every button I press it's not detected.

@lorife How much did you have it for? In france, we have the white model for 15,31€, whereas some other country have it for 6,33€...Our taxes are Amazing, BLoody Fucking Politicians!! (We are Fed up of Macron's and LFI friends politics!!)

Well in that case, you can be happy, Giorgia Meloni made you have 2 controllers cheaper than mine (15,99€ For the First So...Minus 3€.31 for you) for the same controllers!!! Still it's higher than the price at the beginning of Ali Express. What a Shame for Europeans people having to pay thoses Taxes!! What are the Taxes in your countries?? Is it NORMAL to have so much??

Don't worry we share the same problem with taxes. They're very high here too.
Anyway I'll be waiting for @GaryOderNichts for a fix. Thank you again. Let me know if I can help somehow.

I just noticed something, more pertaining to the Koopair software. I noticed that it finds the WUPC when I connect it, but it doesn't detect a Wiimote when it's connected. I mention this because I use a Blueretro box going through the EXT port on the bottom of the Wiimote. There I connect my N64 NSO controller, and it would be nice to be able to see it's button inputs on the Test Controller menu. Any possibility that that can be added? Thanks.

The controller arrived today and it looks like it only sends basic input reports for some reason. Not sure if it's missing some sort of activation report which a PS4 usually sends.
I added support for those basic reports to the latest Bloopair nightly builds now: https://nightly.link/GaryOderNichts/Bloopair/workflows/ci/main?preview
Unfortunately this means that the battery level isn't working, everything else now works just fine though.

Great news, thank you! I'll try it soon then, cant wait! Does it work also the sound and the motion sensor?

I know bloopair emulates wiiU pro controller.

I'm not that familiar with wiiU homebrew community, so i ask the developer, sorry if it is off topic.

How hard is to create a code to emulate wiiU gamepad? I see that gamepad uses 5ghz connection to the wiiU, not bluetooth, is that right?

I mean, there are some benefits using a 'proper' controller than the horrible gamepad or feature-poor wiiU pro controller:

weight, gyro control, battery life, amiibo support...

woul be cool using like switch pro controller to play splatton 1 without use this setup:

This is going to be a random question, but I'd rather ask before investing.

My Wii Rockband controller is in a horrible state. Finding new Wii Guitars is extremely hard. Even if you find one, it more than likely has hundreds of hours already on it.

Will Bloopair allow me to pair an Xbox One Guitar from RB4 or even the newest PDP Riffmaster that became available this year? There are still opportunities to buy these controllers new in box.

Else, I may need to invest in a Hyperkin Hyper Strummer (Just released for Wii), but it's pretty much a cheap knockoff of the GH3 Guitar and I prefer Rockband Guitars.

Just thought I'd ask. I have no knowledge of the interface used in Xbox/PS Guitars (Bluetooth?) and would rather get a response before even considering buying a new one.

I have installed various Virtual Console GH/RB Games as well as a few Homebrew Games I made using GHOST 2.0 back in the day... I would hate to stop playing them because working Guitars are becoming a rare find. My guitar is on it's last leg and maybe has a 100 hours left on her...

Maybe Bloopair is the solution... especially since it works great with my Xbox One Controller on other VC Titles. I just haven't seen this question asked yet since Guitars are an odd peripheral.

Cheers
