Internet Archive is now back online in a provisional read-only manner

After almost 2 full weeks since the Internet Archive suffered a security breach that caused the data of more than 31 million users to be leaked online, the Internet Archive has reopened today just a few minutes ago.

Previously archived files, data, audio, videos, movies, etc. that were added to the Archive are now back online and can be accessed once again, although it seems that currently all logins are locked with the message "We're sorry. Login is not allowed at this time." appearing upon trying to enter the email and password to enter with an account, meaning that new uploads are currently not possible until further notice.

As of the moment of writing there hasn't been any official announcements about the site being back online in the Internet Archive's X profile nor in the Archive's own blog, so new information about the restored accessibility to archived data, what the limitations are for this new change and when users might be able to log back in is unknown at the moment.

UPDATE:
It has been confirmed that the Internet Archive is now restored in a provisional read-only manner. Logins are currently not available until further notice:

They ought to decentralize it and host mirrors to ensure something like this would be unlikely to happen again.
Every item on the site (minus the wayback machine) has torrents, but they're almost never used and folders with tons of files don't get all of the files included in the torrent

I hope those bastards thatve tried affecting the internet archive get punished for them trying to take what is probably the internet most important site away. The Internet Archive is literally home to millions of content that is archived for good reason and their answer to taking it down being America being pro Israel absolutely sucks.
Indeed and the hackers never have heard of NATO I imagine *rolls my eyes* of course US is going to stand for Israel, no matter what. It's part of a friggin international treaty.

The #1 pirate site on the Internet is back!

I have complete Xbox 360, Wii, GameCube and Wii U ROM libraries thanks to them!

I almost wish they'd get rid of them. They're HTTP seeded too so not too useful

Not to be a jerk, but given the amount of pirated, abandoned, etc., content on the internet archive wouldn't it be against GBATemp's TOS linking it in an article?

before everyone comes in at me I'm just asking LMAO
I wouldn't think so. This article doesn't link to any specific item on the archive, it just links to the Internet Archive itself.

The Internet Archive is just that: an archive on the internet. It was never intended to be used for pirated content.
