im new here, i really need your help with my 3Ds, when i try to install a game through QR, this error appears when it finished installing:

failed to install from Url

result code: 0xD963FA73
level: permanent (27)
summary: internal (11)
module: Application (254)
Desc: Trasnferred a partial file

I would try another source, it seem what ever source you used failed to work, it fail to transfer the entire file.

right now im installing games using the sd card in the pc method, and already installed one game successfully, maybe ur right, thanks

It could be that the QR code itself is problematic. Unfortunately, it happened to me several times. Super frustrating. I even did some research to figure out why, like a QR code might not scan because the colors are inverted or it's blurry. Or, I don't know, overcrowded with too much content, broken links, you name it. Sometimes even big companies mess things up and, for example, don't update the code after doing some redirections, so it doesn't take you to the right destination; some don't choose a reliable generator, anything can happen.
