I've found the 必殺技 command already after changing back the value to 100 instead of 99999, thanks
However, there are some problems with the commands that cannot be used, due to requirement not enough

If player 1 also takes a skill in the skill tree that makes him a special skill, he should get the command when he is at tension100.
Sorry for the lack of explanation, I still have a low forum rank and if I try to use 2 byte characters in Japanese, I get judged as spam
If you have an item 1, you can change it to 99.
(Just press ZL+ZR and throw away an no used item, then all items remain will become 99)
But if you've never owned an item, it's hard to create something out of nothing
I cannot find that hack for omitting the required materials.
However, most materials/resources can be purchased automatically.
The rest can be exchanged for fishing coins.
