Hacking is there a way to change a 3ds account without losing my game data without knowing the passcode?

so I bought a second hend 3ds with a account on it 5 months or so ago but I didn't knew there were accounts so I just started playing normally. I realized it 2 months later but I didn't care to much but now I want to open my pokebank and transfer pokemon but I can't. is there a way to change my account and don't lose my data? would swaaping sd card closing the account and swaping it back work or is it just to easy to be true?
I also want to know if there is a gamecube emulator

You could send all of your pokemon back to their rightful games, and then hack your 3ds by following 3ds.hacks.guide. If it is hacked, then you can use a tool called checkpoint to extract the saves from individual games, and you should be able to switch accounts safely. You can check if your system is already hacked by holding SELECT when it is powering on.

Also, the 3ds is incapable of running GameCube games.

Since there is a NNID linked to the system you would have to call them to unlink the account or do a system transfer to anther system then moved your other NNID.

sorry for replying too late I just forgot and came back noe but I still couldn't do it so can I just backup change accounts and restore beckup? won't the backups and the homebrew stuff reset do I have to redownload it all up again?

I made a backup of the whole sd card with a youtube tutorial so I can just format and restore backup maybe? but I am kinda scared lol so I gues I eill just go with the acceptance that I don't own the network id ig maybe one thay I will be brave inough to do it but for now I am just going to peacfully doenload my ctgp 7... but if someone can gurantee it would work and I don't have to worry than I might do it.
