I was buying stuff on 'Xianyu', and someone intercepted me again. 
I bought a second-hand IS-TWL-DEBUGGER(S/N 1102453) yesterday. The controller is really dirty, the console hadn’t been tested, and it might have gotten water damage, so I offered 5,500 RMB. The seller agreed on the price, I paid in full, and then packed it up.
The seller just said someone intercepted it.
