¿Que tal? He agregado unas opciones para el snes9x-gx en base a tu versión: compilar con -DNO_SOUND, pero necesito una segunda opinión. Se incremento la velocidad en juegos como Yoshi's Island pero podrías checarlo tambien tu, igual voy a subir tu versión a github como nuevo commit.
