    There’s your problem, your modified save is “main 2”. When you copied the modified save back you would have been given the option to replace the original “main“ or reneme the modified file, and you selected rename. Delete the file named “main” and then rename “main 2” to “main”.

    Uh no. Raid Pokémon can absolutely be shiny. One of my first shinies was a shiny Rellor encountered in a raid. Plus raids are the only place I’ve seen square shinies appear (aside from when you transfer a shiny event pokemon of course)
