Emulation Hardware Homebrew GBA Regarding Nintendo and Sony's handheld consoles, the history of folk Homebrew development in China, I'm trying to write a history book about it

I couldn't log in a while ago and was only able to access GBATemp today. I've been researching YJencrypted with others for the past two months or so, and there's been a bit of a delay in progress, but I've been able to investigate some information about the makers of YJencrypted. I'm still...

Okay, after I'm done with work, I'll try to post a news item after work tonight to say a little bit about what I'm writing now and parts of it. 1723166769...

    GBAtemp Community Check In

One thing I'm actually curious about is whether users in the GBAtemp community are interested in the history of handheld console homebrew development in the Chinese region, I'm working on a history book about it myself (not finished yet, far from completion, probably won't be finished writing it...

Homebrew Integration packs for some pogoshell plugins (there are still some plugins in a lost state)

I do use deepl translation, my personal English is very poor, I can only communicate through deepl translation, and some of the dialog habits are still translated according to the Chinese meaning, so it looks a bit strange.

Homebrew Integration packs for some pogoshell plugins (there are still some plugins in a lost state)

"You will need to purchase a Flash Cart and linker." Here refers to almost ten to twenty years ago GBA burner card load ROM way, 2000-2007 around the burner card through the burner cable GBA burner card and PC equipment connected to write ROM to the burner card, because at that time the CF card...

Homebrew Integration packs for some pogoshell plugins (there are still some plugins in a lost state)

https://emulation.gametechwiki.com/index.php/Emulators_on_GBA This WIKI link above documents some of the current GBA emulation. Currently the SNES can only be run on a burner card by using SNESAdvance to merge the SNES ROM with the emulator's PC program into a single GBA ROM, and there really...

Homebrew Integration packs for some pogoshell plugins (there are still some plugins in a lost state)

https://www.gamebrew.org/wiki/SNESAdvance_GBA Currently SNES games can only be played on GBA burner cards using SNESAdvanc to generate separate GBA ROMs. And Tomb Raider and Mario 64 are redevelopment projects and cannot be considered an emulator.

Homebrew Integration packs for some pogoshell plugins (there are still some plugins in a lost state)

The plugin for SNESAdvance can't be invoked, running SNES games with pogoshell's SNES plugin will just splash the screen, and the SEGA Genesis console I haven't found an emulator that exists on the GBA platform as of yet.

Hardware GBA Bootleg GBA cart with Genesis on a chip

This actually wouldn't be the first bootleg cassette, although the first thing I thought of when I saw this cassette was something like the PocketNES (which I partially looked up on the Emulation General Wiki and only found a Genesis Emulator for the GBA) that was converted to a GBA ROM and then...

Homebrew Integration packs for some pogoshell plugins (there are still some plugins in a lost state)

I have only tested the plugin inside this kernel and do not guarantee availability elsewhere. https://gbatemp.net/threads/yet-another-enhanced-ez-omega-d-e-kernel.657315/ This pogoshell plugin integration package, part of the plugin I copied from inside the SimpleLightDE kernel and did some...

Has anyone developed a tool to view the iPS & BPS patch support ROM information?

Thanks for the answer, now that I know what the iPS patch actually is, I'll just have to determine what it actually is by comparing the information of the ROMs patched in.

Has anyone developed a tool to view the iPS & BPS patch support ROM information?

I downloaded some iPS & BPS patches for GBA games from Internet Archive, but I don't know which region's version of GBA ROM some of the patches correspond to, so I'd like to ask if anyone has ever developed software to check the version of GBA ROM supported by a particular iPS & BPS patch?

Did the Supercard DSTwo "plus" ever actually ship?

DSTWO 2 in 1 As well as DSTWO +, the hardware of these three is basically the same, there will not be a situation where DSTWO only provides 16M RAM
