    Curious if anyone has got this to run on a Japanese wii There is software update on the disc, I tried it to 15%, pulled power and then put a brick blocked copy in. Disc channel comes up with Okami, start it and it boots to a black screen. Wiimote loses connection. Reboot all functions normally...

    Anyone heard anything about this in a NTSC-JP wii? No info on the usual info sites. Not experimenting with it, I just got brawl running. Don't want to chance losing it. Anyone know where I can find out if it'll work on NTSC-JP? Cheers for any help.

    Thanks everyone Yes I to have come to the conclusion that the problem is media related. The fact that it managed to load once indicates that there is nothing wrong with chip or image. I did in fact use a TDK - R DL disc. So I am going to pick up a couple of different brands of DL + discs this...
