    I just updated AirScan to version 0.5.1. It is just a bugfix release regarding mode selection.

    You can choose to display any combination of OPN/WEP/WPA access points. Easier scrolling, correct detection of WPA access points. Access points timeouts (useful when there are a lot of them, even if a bit buggy)

    It won't help you get WPA. When it says that it's because WPA or WEP are not supported for connection testing. I'll make it more explicit in the next release.

    did you enable timeouts ? Without timeouts it should be rather stable. I tried it yesterday with 150 access points, it worked correctly.

    I think (not sure) every game includes the WiFi stack in its code. So basically they could maybe add WPA support in new games by updating the SDK.

    Hello, i have just updated my wifi scanner AirScan. It is quite handy to find open access points when travelling for example.
